What if I have many projects or trades?

All of our plans give you unlimited platform use. So, whether you’re running two trades on one project or eight trades per project on fifty projects, we’ve got you covered! You can manage your projects from the project dashboard.

Can you do all trades?

Yes! We cover every trade, period. If you don’t see a trade as an option when searching for subs, send us an email and we’ll assist you.

I’m not good with computers. Is this for me?

Absolutely! To get subs, just enter the address of your project, the radius you wants subs coming from, and the trades you’re looking for. Then click submit, and you’ll get a downloadable list of the subs you’re looking for.

Can I add my project managers or team members?

Yes—you can add seats to your payment plan at a 50% discount. Associated you add will be prompted to create their own accounts under the email you add when adding their seat.

What kind of data do I get?

By default, you get the business name of the subcontractor, phone number, distance from and driving time to project site, and their rating out of five stars from real clients. We’re also actively building out additional metrics that we currently only offer under our vetting service, like email, background checks, availability, service area, number of field workers, our proprietary quality ranking algorithm, and business credit scores.

How do you find the subs?

We compile information from a number of different sources, and cross-reference in our database for accuracy.

What if I just want to try it out?

Just sign up for our unlimited-use trial. You can always send a message with questions about the product or book a walkthrough call as well.

What is the vetting service?

The vetting service is for contractors that want end-to-end delegation. In our standard plan, when you get the sub data, it’s still up to you to call the subs, confirm availability and project scope fit, and so on. With the vetting plan, our U.S. team takes care of all of that, and sends only subs that ready to submit bids your way.
